- The postcode where it can be collected.
- Your name, mobile number and email address, so we can send you a written offer.
If you have a price in mind, you can add it too, but that’s optional. If the form doesn’t recognise your registration, check it for typos. If the van isn’t registered in the UK, contact us and we’ll help.

3. Free collection and payment
If you’re happy with the offer, we’ll contact you to agree a collection time that suits you. You don’t need to be there, as long as you tell us where the van is and how to get to it. When we collect, we pay you by bank transfer.
Your van goes to a licensed Authorised Treatment Facility, which issues your Certificate of Destruction and notifies the DVLA. The certificate usually arrives within two weeks. If it hasn’t, contact us and we’ll chase it up. Any unused road tax is refunded to you automatically by the DVLA.

What paperwork do I need?
Ideally the V5C logbook. If you’ve lost it, tell us when you get your quote and we’ll explain what we need to see.
Can you take a van that’s still on finance?
Tell us about the finance when you get your quote. It has to be settled before the sale, and we may be able to settle it from the price.
Can you collect a van with no keys?
Yes. Missing keys aren’t a problem, but you’ll need to show us evidence that you own the van.
Do I need to tell the DVLA?
No. The Authorised Treatment Facility notifies the DVLA when it issues your Certificate of Destruction.
